Paraguay: Lugo appears at event commemorating his presidential election

Former Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo publicly appeared Sunday in Liberación, San Pedro, at a Frente Guasu event commemorating the 2008 opposition victory that ended decades of National Republican Association (ANR) rule.
